The protection and security of personal data are important to us. As a rule, it is possible to visit our website without providing personal data. We treat your data confidentially and in accordance with the rules of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In the following paragraphs we inform you about what kind of data is collected and for what purpose it is collected:

Each time you visit our website, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the requesting computer.

The following data is collected:


– IP address,
– date and time,
– browser type and browser version,
– operating system used,
– referrer URL (website from which the request came),
– the file request of the client (service user) with file name and URL,
– the amount of data transferred.

These log files are captured and stored and are automatically deleted after seven days at the latest.

The data is collected only for the purpose of statistical analysis. A transfer to third parties, for commercial or non-commercial purposes, does not take place. No automated decision making or profiling is performed.

The legal basis for such data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1(1)(f) GDPR.


Use of Personal Data

Our website contains information that enables easy electronic contact and direct communication with us. Personal data is only collected and processed if you provide us with this information voluntarily, e.g. in the context of an inquiry or a public procurement.


Lawfulness of Processing
In the event that you voluntarily provide us with your data, e.g. in the context of an inquiry, a public procurement or the fulfilment of a contract, we use your personal data to process your inquiry, participation in a public procurement or the fulfilment of a contract or to provide you with access to certain offers or information. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 Para. 1(a) GDPR.


Objection to the Use of Personal Data
Unless there are necessary reasons in connection with a business transaction, you may revoke the previously granted permission for storage of your personal data in writing at any time with immediate effect. Your data will not be disclosed to third parties, unless disclosure is required by law.


Information, Modification and Deletion of Personal Data
In accordance with applicable law, you can ask us in writing at any time whether and which personal data about you we have stored. You may request the immediate correction, completion, restriction, or deletion of your personal data, provided there is no legal obligation to retain such data or other reasons to the contrary. You also have the right to data portability.

SSL or TLS Encryption
Our website uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as requests or information as part of the award process that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser address line changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser address line. Cookies
Our Internet pages use so-called cookies. They serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective, and secure. hChaptcha
This website uses the hChaptcha service provided by Intuition Machines Inc. hChaptcha is used to check whether the data input on our website (e.g. in a contact form) is made by a human or by an automated program. This contributes to IT security and prevents abusive software (so-called bots) on our website. The use of hChaptcha is based on our legitimate interest in the security of our website and the protection against unwanted, automated access in the form of spam or misuse in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. 

hChaptcha collects personal data from users to determine whether the actions on our website are human. This includes, among other things, the IP address of the device, the website that you visit on our website and on which the CAPTCHA is used, the date and duration of the visit, the identification data of the browser and operating system type used, screen resolution, the language of the browser, input behavior data transmitted as part of the CAPTCHA (e.g. response time for interactive CAPTCHAs, input speed in form fields, order in which the user selects input fields). The information is usually transferred to a server in the USA and stored there. Data transfer to the USA is legally permissible if the data recipient is certified under the EU-US data protection agreement (Data Privacy Framework). The collected data is stored for as long as is necessary for the analysis. The IP addresses are usually anonymized. Please note that deactivating CAPTCHAs can lead to functional restrictions when using our website.


Plugins

Google Maps
This website uses Google Maps to display interactive maps. Google Maps is a map service by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California 94043, USA. By using Google Maps, information about the use of this website, including your IP address, may be transmitted to Google in the USA and stored there. When you access a page of our website that contains Google Maps, your browser establishes a direct connection with Google's servers. The map content is transmitted by Google directly to your browser, which then integrates it into the website. We therefore have no influence on the scope of data collected by Google in this way.

According to our knowledge, Google collects the following data:

– date and time of the visit to the website in question,

– internet address or URL of the website accessed,

– IP address of the user.

Web Fonts by Fonts.com
Our website uses so-called web fonts for the uniform display of fonts, which are provided as a licence by the provider Fonts.com.
